Training at Edithvale LSC
To keep up with the increasing demand on our services, we need more lifesavers on our beaches.
Most of our patrolling volunteer lifesaver have their Bronze Medallion which involves assessment in many areas including CPR, rescue techniques, First Aid and fitness testing and must be updated each year.
We also encourage members who dont wish to 'get their feet wet' to complete training in First Aid, Radio, Advanced Resuscitation to support the work of the 'bronze medallions'. A team made up of a diversity of skills ensure our club is in the best position to protect the public.
