Hall hire

Overlooking Port Philip Bay our upstairs hall boasts incredible views. Available for hire in the off season (April-October) on weekends and during the week all year long. There are discounted rates for members and local, non-profit community groups. Please fill-in the form below for availability and pricing. Maximum 90 people.

Some helpful things to know before you make a hall hire enquiry via the form below:

  • The cost of the hall hire is determined by the nature and duration of the event, so we’ll let you know the cost one you provide that information in the inquiry form

  • A refundable bond is required prior to rental and ranges from $500 to $1000 depending on reason for venue hire

  • Most events will require the hiree to secure public liability assurance, so please read section 7 of the hall hire agreement particularly carefully as this outlines a hiree’s obligations.
